REFUND POLICY

 

General Principle

In principle, all sales of HAWA works are final.

 

Material Characteristics

Each piece is created as an architectural structural element using strictly defined substrates (ARL-Substrate, SIL-Substrate, SDL-Substrate) based on the philosophy of "Algorhythm". While we pursue 1mm precision in our geometric designs using natural precipitated indigo (chemical vat method), subtle organic fluctuations and nuances inherent to handwork coexist within the textiles. 

These slight variations in color depth, texture, and individual personality are structural characteristics of the work, not defects. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds based on subjective reasons such as "different from image" or physical changes over time.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, you must contact us at hawa@hawa-algorhythm.com within 3 days of delivery (based on the tracking record) with photographic evidence. Claims made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances. We will strictly evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

 

Exclusions

Items damaged through improper handling by the customer after delivery are not eligible for a refund. Please note that the fading or evolution of the indigo over time is a natural characteristic of the dye and is not considered a defect.
