Global Dispatch

All orders are dispatched worldwide from HAWA's atelier in Japan using international express services (such as DHL or FedEx). To ensure secure transit, please guarantee that all shipping information is entered accurately.

 

Production & Handling Time

Every HAWA piece is made-to-order, deeply rooted in our "Algorhythm" philosophy. To meticulously execute our core techniques (ARL, SIL, SDL), ensure proper indigo fixation via chemical reduction, and verify the absolute structural integrity of the final work, please allow 2–3 weeks for production and quality inspection before dispatch.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

HAWA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All international fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the absolute responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, the original shipping costs and any associated return logistics fees will be deducted from your refund.
